Mental Health Services Maple Leaf Therapy offers private mental health services in a discrete office in the Vale of Glamorgan. Anxiety, depression, low self-confidence, addiction, and general wellbeing are treated with a bespoke blend of CBT, mindfulness, and guided relaxation. Phone consultations are free, they are a great way to see if the psychologist is a good fit for you. Appointments are offered in the evenings to accommodate busy work schedules.
During the last few months I have been suffering from a lack of sleep. I found that I could go to sleep for 2 or 3 hours then I would wake up with the inability to go back to sleep. After a few sessions I found that I was able to address these issues and my sleep pattern has improved greatly, many thanks Lauren.
I met with Lauren to help with anxiety. She is so helpful, understanding and has really helped with all aspects with it!
